We want you to be completely enchanted by your Les Néréides jewelry; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns page to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Les Néréides pouch and gift box, ensuring the security seal remains intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
